Voreda manages and delivers the entire development process including the sourcing and securing of target sites and opportunities, raising finance; all design, planning and masterplanning; construction procurement and management; and, upon completion, implementing the ongoing facilities management and asset management.
Voreda has substantial financial backing from long established, highly reputable and sophisticated corporate and private investors. The relationship with our investors has been developed over many years delivering a pipeline of successful projects.
Over the past 5 years, Voreda has successfully achieved planning approvals on over 125,000 sqm of high quality mixed use space and has delivered a diverse range of projects including specialist Key Worker Apartments, 50,000 sqm of Grade A Offices and Research buildings and 600 Post Graduate Studio Apartments. Voreda is currently constructing a 35 storey residential tower that will deliver 192 PRS and Key Worker Apartments. The total development value Voreda have delivered to date exceeds £500m.
